Level System

Our team works on a level system which measures creativity, education, experience, and time management. Stylists at higher levels have established higher client demands.

A promotion to a new level provides a career path of growth and achievement for our team. The education our artist receives is aggressive, consistent, innovative and in-depth. It starts from the moment they are hired and continues throughout their career with Jaspé.

In the event that your stylist moves up a level and their prices exceed your budget, we want to assure you that your stylist will give you a great recommendation and work with another team member to accommodate your specific needs.

Policies & Details

We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to relax and breathe. Please keep in mind that should you arrive late, we may have to shorten or reschedule your appointment as a courtesy to our next guest. We also recommend scheduling your next service prior to your departure. This ensures a time, day and preferred stylist to service your needs.

For consideration of all of our guests on a journey to relaxation, we ask that you please turn your cell phone to silent/vibrate or off.

Our salon and spa professionals are in great demand, so please be respectful of their time by honoring your commitment to be here. Repeated no shows or cancellations will result in a 50% service fee.
